CCC’s Church School is held each Sunday during the 10AM worship service for children ages 3-9. After the children’s time, which is offered at the beginning of the worship service, each child has the opportunity to stay with their parents or join us for a specially designed children’s program. We have created a progressive Christian curriculum that fosters inclusivity, recognition of God’s spirit present around us and within us, forgiveness of our own and other’s failings, and a sense of responsibility to care for each other and the world around us. Believing every child is beloved, we acknowledge and appreciate the unique gifts and the unknowable potential of each child as they develop their own spiritual identities.
Child care is available for our infants and toddlers during the 10AM service. Our fabulously nurturing and fun childcare provider, Mada Mitambo-Moore, comes to us by way of Malawi and is a new mother herself. She has special training in early childhood care, first aid and infant and child CPR.
